1. A one off registration fee of £45, which is non refundable and payable at the start of agreement by cash or cheque.

2. Monthly fee of £75.00 (up to 3 person company) which is payable in advance by Direct Debit. No minimum or maximum period and one months notice required.

3. A deposit is required (refundable*) which is equivalent to one month's fee (no VAT) and is payable in advance by cash or cheque.

4. There are various ways of telephone answering. Please ask for details.

*0800 freephone and 0870 National rate numbers can be arranged upon request.
*Calls can be forwarded to: Voicemail, mobile or another line.
*If forwarded to voice mail, no charges are incurred.
*If forwarded to another number/mobile the client will bear these costs (BT choice level III charge rate).

5. Available from our IT department are POP3 accounts, website hosting and co-location services. The BIC has a 12 station IT training suite and full video conferencing facilities that can be hired.

6. If mail and faxes can be collected daily/weekly or monthly no costs are incurred. If you wish your post and faxes to be forwarded to an external address, client will bear the cost, plus 10% handling charge. Please refer to BIC for details of parcel handling.

7. The Virtual Service is provided for a maximum of 3 named contacts within the Company (2 plus principal). Additional names will incur an extra charge of £20 per contact, per month.

8. The BIC has a wide range of conference facilities which can accommodate between 6 and 80 delegates. Charges start from as little as £7.00 per hour. Video conferencing is also available on site.
